Renovation of an urban plaza for a major downtown highrise. Work included demolition of the the existing plaza surface and underlying failed roofing membrane, installation of new roofing and paver system, new site furnishings and landscaping, and construction of a new granite feature wall with fiber optic lighting and waterfall. The plaza is one of the few remaining large urban spaces in downtown Seattle.
